Trio Etoile is the perfectly simple fast food to keep in your refrigerator. A dish of Fresh Tomatoes, Fresh Basil and Garlic, in a home made Basil Vinaigrette! Trio Etoile is the perfect topping for everything from pasta, salads to scrambled eggs, frittata or quiche!
The class will use Trio Etoile to top Bruschetta, Pasta, Pizza and create a simple Basil Tomato Bisque.

When with all of our knowledge and technology instead of expanding our ability to thrive mentally and physically. We are getting shorter, our mental capacity is diminishing instead of expanding, men are losing testosterone levels and sperm count. You would think with all of our vast intelligence and information at our fingertips we would be expanding our intelligence and physical capabilities...instead of contraction.
Much of the changes have been contributed to our diet...What is the saying? “You are what you eat”...It is True!!!

We are so excited!!!
Etoile is expanding our class menus to include appetizers and small plate classes from three Northern Mediterrian regions, Spain, Provence and Greece!
There are so many wonderful cuisines and flavors of this incredible regions, small plates give us a wonderful opportunity to explore the varieties!
Each class will offer four dishes from one region... It was dreadful choosing... so many wonderful options!
